There are moments in an organization when it becomes clear that the challenge isn’t the people, but the way people work, communicate, and make decisions together.
This often looks like:
So the question becomes: how do you start working differently?
This is where I come in. My professional background combines deep human insight with broad organizational understanding.
I hold a degree in Human Resources from the École Supérieure de Management in Paris and have 25 years of experience in HR management and guiding organizational change. Early in my career, I discovered the Way of Council, a practice of deep listening and speaking from the heart, and it changed my life and shaped my professional path.
The connection between management and the practice of listening has, over the years, become the heart of my work. For more than two decades, I have worked with managers and teams to build organizational cultures rooted in trust, openness, and collaboration.
Over the past seven years, I served as Professional Senior Manager of the Organizational Listening Program at Snap Inc., where I led and implemented listening processes both in Israel and globally, working with teams in complex, dynamic work environments.
When there is genuine listening, the work and the results look different. What changes?
If you want this change too, it’s possible!
I invite you to a short, focused conversation to find the right solution for your organization.
Focused series for leadership teams.
Format: 2–3 sessions
A focused series.
Developing listening skills, precision in communication, managing disagreements, and managerial collaboration in a reality of overload, uncertainty, accelerated change, and a work world influenced by artificial intelligence.
The series strengthens the leadership team’s ability to hold focused dialogue, address tensions in a constructive manner, make coordinated decisions, and maintain connection and effectiveness even during periods of ongoing change.
Format: Multi-session group process Developing managerial dialogue, trust, and collaboration.
A multi-session process for the leadership team that focuses on improving the quality of dialogue, strengthening professional trust, managing conflicts constructively, and deepening collaboration in decision-making.
The process helps the leadership team function as a coordinated unit, navigate managerial complexity and professional disagreements, and establish work patterns that promote shared responsibility and effective leadership.
Format: Group work + 1:1 coaching. An in-depth process for leadership teams that includes group work and personal coaching for senior managers.
A comprehensive program that combines group work with individual coaching sessions for each member of the leadership team.
This combination strengthens each manager’s leadership and communication style, while improving team dynamics, managing tensions, and supporting joint decision-making.
The result is lasting change reflected both in each manager’s individual performance and in the quality of collective leadership.
Leave your details in the form and I will get back to you soon.
I accompany organizations, leadership teams, and teams in in-depth processes that develop an organizational culture based on listening, trust, and collaboration.
My work connects human depth with business results through open dialogue, the development of attentive leadership, and strengthening relationships within the organization.
In an organizational world saturated with overload, pressure, and burnout, I create spaces where people can pause, truly listen, speak honestly, and build connections that enable better work together.
The processes I lead support managers to lead with confidence, teams to work in partnership, and the organization as a whole to develop as a living, learning, and collaborative space.
My approach is based on more than 25 years of experience working with leadership teams and organizations in Israel and worldwide, and combines tools of deep listening, leadership development, and creating a humane, connected, and effective organizational culture.
